Don’t forget to clean your tongue and keep changing your toothbrush in a few months. Do not forget to clean the teeth with floss. This will also clean the food stuck between the teeth. Also use antibacterial mouthwash about twice a day.
According to the doctor, lack of saliva in the mouth may also be the reason for the stench. Actually, ‘Saliva neutralizes the acid in the mouth while maintaining moisturization and clears the dead cells that have settled on the tongue. With this, you can resort to chewing gum for saliva production. ‘ However, he emphasized that if the problem is more, then show it to a physician or dentist so that he can give medicines for saliva flow. He said that tooth loss or problems in the teeth can also be responsible for the stench.

What kind of smells from the mouth also shows about the disease. According to Dr. Jadwani, ‘If there is a fruity smel from the mouth, it is a sign of increased sugar, an odor like fishy smel or ammonia is a sign of kidney disease or increased urea levels in the body’.
Many times you have to face shame due to bad breath. Usually the problem of bad mouth is due to not cleaning the mouth. If the bad breath persists for a long time, it is also dangerous for teeth and health. Mouthwash is often used by people for relief from mouth odor, but most mouthwash available in the market is full of chemicals. You can easily make mouthwash at home to get relief from bad breath.
Lemon has acidic properties, which kills harmful bacteria and germs present in the mouth. It also provides whiteness to the teeth and removes bad breath. At the same time, glycerin protects against tooth infection. To make this mouthwash, take two teaspoons of glycerin, add a few drops of lemon juice to it and then gargle with it two to three times a day.
Ginger and mint mouthwash
To make natural mouthwash at home, you use only natural things, so it does not harm you. To make it, you need ginger, mint, turmeric and cinnamon. First take 4 cups of water in a pot and put all the things in it. Let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes and then filter and cool. If you want flavor and test, take a little more water and mix all the ingredients and cook on a low flame for 15-20 minutes. After cooking, cool it down and rinse it 2-3 times a day. This mouthwash will not spoil for 3 weeks when kept in the refrigerator.
Aloe Vera Juice-Baking Soda Mouthwash
If you have severe smell while talking to your mouth, which causes you to have a bad effect on the front, then this mouthwash will fix your smelly breath problem in 3-4 days. Regular use of this mouthwash removes harmful microbes and also removes dirt. This mouthwash has anti-inflammatory properties that make the gums healthy and also clean the dirt of the mouth. To make it, take two teaspoons of baking soda and two teaspoons of pipert oil and mix it properly in Aloe Vera Juice. Now add some warm water to this mixture. Your mouthwash is ready, do it twice daily for better results.
Vinegar has acidic properties, which kill bacteria present in the mouth. Failure to clean the mouth properly causes germs and bacteria in the mouth, which causes mouth odor. Clove also has antibacterial properties, you can also use it as a mouthwash. For this, pour two drops of clove oil in a glass of plain water and gargle with it. The elements found in it do not allow cavities to form on the teeth and this keeps the freshness in the teeth for a long time.
There are many ways you can use lemon to clean your teeth. Rubbing one teaspoon of lemon juice on the teeth, causes cavity to be removed from the teeth, while adding a little salt and baking soda to the juice of lemon, the teeth become white like beads. Also, it ends the foul smell of teeth.
Use of coconut oil
Many people also use coconut oil to remove bad breath. For this, gargle with a spoonful of coconut oil for at least twenty minutes. This remedy is to be done only once a week.
