You burn more calories when you stay active and fit. Being physically active can also help you manage your weight, good for your heart, lungs, bones, muscles, and joints.
How to stay active??
You can stay active by the following measures-
1.Yoga and Pranayama plays an important role in maintenance of both physical and mental health.
2.You can go for walking or running in the park
3.Many people are Sedentary for hours at workplace. So, avoid sitting for long hours you can choose stand up desk for some time or can walk in the recess time.
4.Cleaning your house is another way to stay active.

6.Sneak in Exercise during watching Television.
2.Keep a check at your Diet
According to Ayurveda, There are six tastes and one should add on all 6 Tastes in your Meals-
Your body receives a bio-diverse energetic palate if you include all the six tastes to every meal. This energetic palate supplies the body’s cells with instructions specific to one of the taste categories. The six taste and its effects on body are as follows-
1.Madhura or Sweet- Grounding, strengthening, nourishing
2.Amla or Sour- Cleansing action as well as purifying
3.Lavana or Salty- Balancing and regulating
4.Tikta or Bitter- Detoxifying and mineralizing
5.Kashaya or Astringent- Anti-inflammatory, cooling effect
6.Katu or Pungent- Warming and stimulating
You can include a small amount of each taste into every meal to energize yourself.
3.Avoid Cold Foods and Icy Beverages
1.In Ayurveda, Agni is known as the digestive fire. It is similar to a blazing campfire. Ideally functioning, it is hot, bright, and able to digest food, thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
2.It is necessary to avoid dimming agni’s intensity with ice-cold foods and beverages.
3.By consuming cold food or drinks, the agni of all doshas can become depleted.
4.The person with the constitution of Vata and Kapha doshas, should lean towards warm foods and teas while Pitta doshas people may enjoy cool (not frozen items) beverages and foods. So choose right for your strong digestive power.
4.Talk with your Friends
1.Try to stay in touch with your Friends via text, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram or by means of a phone call.
2.Talk positive and stay positive as it may help you to reduce your stress levels naturally.
5.Go for a Home-made meal
For a good health, Good nutrition is required and especially during stressful times there’s nothing better than a tasty, healthy home-made meal.
Home-made meals may help you in the following ways-
1.Saves time- Outing requires a lot of time to get ready and searching for a good restaurant.
2.Saves money- Homemade foods is cheaper than eating at a restaurant or buying unhealthy processed foods from the market.
3.Healthier ingredients are used for preparing homemade meals.
4.Enhance your cooking skills.
5.Brings family together etc.
It may be challenging for many people to get some ingredients at the moment. If you’re running low or not able to get certain things, it’s totally fine to keep it really simple.

8.Good night Sleep
1.One should sleep for at least 8hrs per day and timely sleep is important.
2.Sleep plays a major role and it is important for a healing body and mind.
3.Lack of sleep may be dangerous, better sleep makes your mood better and good for health.
4.It can boost your immune system and helps to prevent weight gain.
5.Decrease the risk of mental health problems.
6.Improve memory and productivity.
9.Herbs for healthy immune system-
1.Some herbs and spices might help to build up healthy immune system For Example-
2.Ashwagandha, giloy, Tulsi , ginger, Garlic, cloves, cardamom, Asafetida, Yashtimadhu etc.
