HERBS ARE IMPORTANT FOR BLURRY VISION
TRIPHALA-
1.Triphala is an ancient Ayurvedic product for eye health, especially blurred vision or to prevent the development of cataract.
2.Triphala strengthens the eye muscles and improves eyesight.
3.It is helpful in curing various eye problems like cataracts, glaucoma, progressive myopia, and conjunctivitis. Triphala is very helpful in treating blur vision.
4.It is made from three ingredients, namely Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), vinhitaki (Terminalia belerica), and Amala (Indian gooseberry).
5.It is extremely beneficial in treating astigmatism by improving tissue and retina health.
Medicated Triphala Ghee, triphala kwath and trifla drops are used to treat impaired vision.
CARROT (Daucus carota)-
1.Raw carrots or carrot juice are very beneficial for blurry vision.
2.They provide plenty of nutrients which help keep eyes healthy.
3.Carrots are good for improving vision and curing eye problems caused by astigmatism.
4.Carrots are rich source of Vitamin A, which helps the eyes to see better in low light.
AMALA (phyllanthus emblica)-
1.Indian gooseberry is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidant; thus, helps you attain a better vision.
2.Amala is widely used to treat vision-related problmes or disorders
3.Amla restores the digestive fire, which in turn boosts Alochak Pitta, the fire element responsible for better vision.
4.Extract the juice of fresh Amla and drink 20 ml twice daily early in the morning.
YASHTIMADHU (Glycyrrhiza glabra)-
1.Madhuyashthi is another ancient Ayurvedic herb used to treat various diseases.
2.Its effect is better for dry eye syndrome.
3.Licorice has the ability to strengthen the eyes as well as purify and nourish the blood vessels.
4.It can be used the same way as Triphala or with Triphala every day.

AKSHITARPANA-
1.Netra tarpana is one of the best panchkarma treatments for blurry vision.
2.Its apply in severe types of eyes disorders such as blurred vision Redness of Eyes, Myopia(numbers in eyes), Weakness of eyes, Retinopathy and Dry eye syndrome etc.
3.It is also known as Netra Basti, which is done by Herb-infused ghee for both eyes to correct vision.
4.It is indicated in all the degenerative disorders, inflammatory and chronic disorders of the eyes.
