What is obesity?
Obesity is a complex disease which is defined as having a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or more. It is also defined as an accumulation of an excessive amount of body fat but a certain amount of body fat is necessary for storing energy, shock absorption, heat insulation, etc.
We can’t consider it only as a cosmetic concern but is also a medical problem that increases the risk of other health problems, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and various cancers.
BMI is calculated by taking a person’s weight and height into account. An adult with a BMI of 25-29.9 is overweight, and an adult who has a BMI over 30 is considered obese. A person who has a BMI of 18.5-24.9 has a normal weight and a person who has a BMI of more than 40 is considered as morbidly obese (extreme obesity).
What causes obesity?
Eating more calories than your body burns in daily activity and exercise (on a long-term basis) causes obesity. With the time these extra calories add up and these extra calories stored as fat which leads to weight gain.
Some common specific causes of obesity are:
- Eating a poor diet which is high in fats and calories
- Living a sedentary (inactive) lifestyle
- Changes in dietary and physical activity patterns
- Improper sleeping leads to hormonal changes that make you feel hungrier and crave for certain high-calorie foods
- Growing older leads to less muscle mass and a slower metabolic rate, making easier for you to gain weight
- pregnancy (It is difficult to lose weight and may eventually lead to obesity)
- Certain medical conditions that can lead to weight gain which includes:
- Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
- Prader-Willi syndrome
- Cushing syndrome
- Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid)

1. Right shape tablet:
Right shape tablet is an effective herbal formulation for curing obesity naturally. The ingredients used in this formulation are Garcinia ext. (Garcinia indica), Green tea ext(Camellia sinesis), Green coffee ext(coffee arabica), Gugguluext(Commiphoramukul), Dalchiniext(Cinnamomumverum), etc. These herbs help to burn fats from adipose tissue and treat obesity. The pitta dosha vitiation leads to indigestion and causes the assimilation of fats. Hence it balances pitta doshas and increases the body’s metabolism and burn fats.
Dosage: 1 tablet twice daily before a meal with Plain water
2. Right shape kadha:
Right shape kadha is an Ayurvedic formulation that balances all the three doshas and removes harmful toxins from the body which further helps you to reduce weight by increasing metabolism. 3. Liver care tablet:
